Here customers come first, in a rare case were you are dissatisfied with your product you may return for full refund or exchange it within five days of receiving the item.
Items must be unworn, in its original condition, and with tags attached, to receive a full refund. We have the right to refuse a return if the product is not in its original packaging. No stains or marks.
Please note that charges for shipping the product back to Posh wardrobe is customers responsibility. If you are doing an exchange you are also responsible for shipping cost.
Once return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email stating that, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.
Discounted/sale items and pre-ordered items are not refundable.
